The Ballarat Turf Club is one of regional Victoria's most progressive clubs. The club boasts two grassed racing tracks and a Tier One training facility which accommodates over 300 horses each morning. The Ballarat Turf Club also boasts modern grandstand facilities and on-course member and visitor facilities, placing it at the forefront of the country racing industry.
The club hosts a variety of special members' events, one of those being the Spring Carnival as a lead-up to the Sportsbet.com.au Ballarat Cup. Members are given up-to-date information on the track and local trainers give their tips on winners for the day. Members also receive priority bookings for the Sportsbet.com.au Ballarat Cup.

Ballarat Cup:
Gentlemen: Suit and tie required (no exceptions)
Women: race wear that is suitable for the day
All children under 16 must also be suitably dressed
